Job Summary

We are seeking a Compensation Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in San Juan, PR within the healthcare services industry. This role supports compensation programs, salary structures, job evaluations, and market analysis to help ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices.

The Compensation Analyst will work with compensation data, salary surveys, HRIS information, and reporting tools to provide meaningful insights for salary reviews, promotions, and compensation adjustments. This is a strong opportunity for an analytical HR professional who enjoys working with data, compensation structures, and business decision support in a stable healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, analyze, and maintain compensation data, including salary survey information and market data.
- Conduct job evaluations and support the development and maintenance of accurate job descriptions.
- Support salary reviews, promotions, compensation adjustments, and related pay analysis.
- Research market trends and industry compensation practices to support competitive pay decisions.
- Prepare compensation reports, organizational charts, and management presentations.
- Maintain accurate compensation information in HRIS and compensation systems while supporting compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

- Salary range: $40,000 to $42,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support compensation programs, salary structures, and job evaluation processes.
- Analyze salary survey data and market compensation trends.
- Prepare compensation reports, organizational charts, and management presentations.
- Maintain accurate compensation data in HRIS and related systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in compensation, salary structures, job evaluation, or related HR functions.
- Experience with market analysis and salary surveys.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Basic Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with detailed compensation data and support compliant, equitable pay practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
