Role: Salesforce QA


Location: Remote


Job Type: Full time

Job description:

• Test Planning & Strategy
• Develop and maintain: Test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Understand business requirements and translate them into Functional and non-functional test scenarios
• Functional & Regression Testing
• Perform: Manual and automated testing of Salesforce features
• Validate: Workflows, Flows, validation rules, and custom logic
• Conduct regression testing for: Releases and enhancements
• Automation & Tools Build and maintain automated test scripts using:
• Selenium, Provar, or similar tools Integrate testing into: CI/CD pipelines
• Integration & Data Validation
• Test integrations with: External systems (APIs, middleware)
• Validate: Data accuracy, transformations, and synchronization
• Defect Management Identify, log, and track defects using tools like: JIRA
• Work with developers to: Reproduce and resolve issues
• UAT & Release Support
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Validate production deployments and hotfixes
• 10+ years of QA/testing experience
• 2+ years working with Salesforce platform

Strong understanding of:


Salesforce objects, workflows, Flows, and security model


Experience with:


API testing (Postman, REST/SOAP)


Familiarity with:


Agile/Scrum methodologies


Salesforce certifications such as: Administrator (ADM-201)


Experience with:

• Salesforce Service Cloud or Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Automation experience using:
• Provar (Salesforce-specific), Selenium, or Cypress
• Experience in regulated industries:
• Life sciences, healthcare (GxP validation knowledge is a plus)
