Remain flexible for staffing patterns, maintain a sense of pride and ownership for the program, perform data entry at the time of call, work with people in phone conversations involving pediatric to geriatric ages of patients. Qualifications Must fulfill yearly continuing education requirements of the department. Must complete orientation for various procedures and other in-service as required.
